Do also note that there is a serviced apartments wing which means that there will be “transient” visitor traffic; after all, not a lot of people fancy having “rotating door” neighbours. On the other hand, being a serviced apartment means that the facilities and maintenance are (usually) maintained up to the standards of a typical hotel. However, we do see serviced apartments going to the dogs with poor management due to dwindling returns and a rather un-enthusiastic management board. We shall refrain from naming names… 🙂
There are not many high profile serviced apartments in the heart of Shah Alam; Acappella Residences may well be fulfilling a (local) unmet niche which means that the demand levels may be sufficiently high and sustaining for the couple of years to come.
