All units are enhanced with an ultra spacious terrace with limited options of about 100 tiled ones. The remaining units are more aptly in sync with its marketing tagline of “your garden in the sky” as it features thick soil within the terrace. This means great news for residents with a green thumb as it allows owners to create their own private gardens.

Largely because of its higher price, Armanee Terrace 2 did not reportedly enjoyed positive perception as the first one. The set price is considered unreasonably high by many.
