Nothing is more relaxing than looking at Kuala Lumpur’s skyline at night from a spectacular view—the lights and the sights—it’s picture perfect, so to speak. If picture-perfect views are what we’re talking about then nothing beats the Casa Vista Bangsar, a freehold condominium located on Jalan Kapas, Bukit Bandaraya, in bustling Bangsar. It sits majestically on a higher location, making it have an unobstructed view of the city centre skyline, making it the best condominium when it comes to grand views for its units.
The condominium is close to nearby neighbourhoods such as Brickfields, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, and Damansara Heights. Also, being in Bukit Bandaraya makes it easy to access Casa Vista via highways including the SPRINT Highway, Federal Highway, and New Pantai Expressway.

Mi Casa Es Su Casa
It’s easy to call Casa Vista Bangsar your home, indeed. Its commitment to luxury and keeping up with change is something that residents appreciate. There had been a major refurbishment of the condominium in order to make the condominium even more aesthetically-pleasing.
One of the condominium’s main attractions is its landscaped garden. It’s definitely to look forward to after a long, tiring day at work. Parking spaces won’t become a problem as its parking bays are large enough to accommodate residents’ vehicles, as well as their guest’s cars. Also, the condominium takes pride in its 24-hour security system to keep everything in control all the time.
Casa Vista has a lot of facilities at par with any high-end condominium in the Bangsar area. It has the following:
- Squash court
- Convenience store
- Tennis court
- Swimming pool
- Wading pool
What We Think
Bangsar may have that reputation of having terrible traffic jams during peak hours. Thankfully, Casa Vista has two entrances—its main entrance is located in Jalan Kapas while the other one is in Jalan Penaga. Residents can actually choose between the condominium’s entrances as alternatives should they get stuck in a bad traffic jam along Jalan Maarof.
In terms of pricing, location, and amenities, it’s clear how Casa Vista stands out from the rest (literally and figuratively). Its major refurbishment contributed a lot in adding value to an already valuable property, and it seems like the condominium’s pricing trend won’t come to depreciate anytime soon. With the rise of a lot of upmarket condominiums in the Bangsar area (Casa Vista’s neighbours include Zehn Pukit Pantai and One Menerung) and establishments that will keep its residents happy and contented, the condominium will never have a hard time in finding residents to occupy its small number of units.
