What We Think
Central Residence is multi-awarded for good reasons. For one, it exudes a level of modernism that easily appeals with its target market. Units are not overtly large, just practically sized creating a cozy abode that requires less maintenance. Unfortunately, there’s one factor that left some potential buyers disappointed. Some of the units facing south ended up with an unpleasant view of the cemetery. If you don’t want to wake up to such views, you’d better pick the unit carefully.
Another factor that left investors looking elsewhere is its hefty price tag. For a Sungai Besi development, the price of RM610 psf is just steep. But then again, you have to go back to key requirements such as location, developer’s reputation and the like. It also helps to remember the many awards bagged by the development. And lastly, it is recommended to double check on its fair market value to ensure you’re getting a good deal.
