Our Take
All in all, there are 7 phases comprising East Ledang’s masterplan. Many of these are already sold out, which is no surprise considering the area’s ideal setting for a serene nature-oriented lifestyle. It is also sandwiched between Singapore and Johor Bahru providing easy access via the 2nd Link. Going to other centres like Kota Iskandar or the Educity is just as convenient wherein travel time is normally less than 30 minutes.
Upon completion, East Ledang should have 861 units of residences in total. Choices vary per phase as well as its price.
