At the time of launch, price was set from RM233,000 to RM384,000 for First Residence units while subsale ranges from RM345,000 to RM988,000. Our Thoughts
First phase of First Residence was launched in June 2009. The price back then was set at around RM250 psf which some considered hefty while others deem reasonable for its facilities. Because the setting is high density, some investors remain wary despite the promise of convenience. It is also noticeable the condominium doesn’t have sports features overlooking sporty residents’ needs.
Location-wise, the development is not completely enticing as it is. Though there are nearby KTM stations, it’s not right next to a transport hub which justifies some investors’ claims about the steep price tag. But in the end, it will depend on your preference.
