Touted as a luxury condominium developed by Alor Vista’s sister company, Econy Development, H Residence has an air of elegance that makes it stand out. Developer’s reputation, however, may leave many potential investors unsure considering that this is a first for the company. Location-wise, it is ideally situated in Gurney Drive enjoying great connectivity and conveniences. Price-wise, the residence is also competitively priced in comparison with nearby condos in the area.
All in all, despite risks and doubts, H Residence is a decent prospect to consider if you’re thinking of a nice blend of spacious units in a thriving and bustling location. But know that traffic jams from time to time is part of deal especially that Gurney Drive continues to grow and become more dense.
