Lake Fields is situated on Jalan Tasik Damai in Sungai Besi. Its location can be reached via Kuala Lumpur’s main highways and roads. Going to and from the gated community is made easy through the Middle Ring Road 2, the KL-Seremban Highway, the Kesas Highway, and the Besraya Highway. All these roads are located nearby Lake Fields.
Commuters will find the gated community’s close proximity to LRT stations as convenient. Lake Fields is located only minutes away from KTM Komuter’s Serdang station, and Rapid KL’s Sungai Besi station.
The Lake Fields is a leasehold residential property and is divided into three projects or sections: The Trillium, Glades, and Meadows.
Most of the Lake Fields’ units are comprised of three-storey link houses. The Trilium is a low-density business complex that houses shop offices, comprising of four storeys. Glades and Meadows all have different built-up areas and land areas for its three-storey link houses.

Each unit at the Meadows comes with a column-free interior, seven air-conditioning points, a central water heating system, and a floor-to-glass ceiling panel. Three-storey link houses at the Meadows will comprise of a dining hall, a lounge, and a kitchen, which are all located on its ground floor.
