Given the affordable price tags, don’t expect much with respect to townhouse facilities. Lakeside Residence only has the jogging track for those who love to run and a playground for the little ones. Securing the neighbourhood is the 24-hour security keeping the perimeter safe and sound for its residents.
Some investors has pinpointed that Lake Residence, despite its affordable price tags, is not completely attractive in terms of location. While it is nestled in Puchong, it is relatively far from amenities compared to other similar projects in the area. Hypermarkets, hospitals and other town facilities are reachable but it may require longer travel time to reach them.
Regardless of the negative buzz, however, Lakeside Residence has been very successful since it was launched in 2011. To date, both Townshouse Type A and B current launches were already sold out. If that’s any indication, it only shows that the residence is meeting what its target market needs and prefers.
