Demand is still solid for the property and the price trend over the years shows great promise as well. Traffic jams is to be expected, however, especially that the area is littered with other condominiums and premier residential. But that drawback is itself a good sign that Penang, particularly Batu Ferringhi is still a top destination among locals and tourist.
