Being located in Bangsar has a lot of perks—it is right smack in the middle of Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. KLCC and the classy district of Mont Kiara is also nearby. Bangsar is becoming one of the most sought-after addresses in Malaysia, because it is a perfect balance of everything else.
Shops and boutiques are within close range. Bangsar Shopping Centre and Bangsar Village are only minutes away. Petaling Jaya is also nearby, and with it comes more leisure and entertainment spots, such as La Bodega, Ecoba, Banquet, and Alexis Bistro. Our Two Cents..
As Bangsar is becoming more and more developed with each passing year, it’s no wonder how its sale price has increased from RM650 per square feet to RM1,000 per square feet. It is also a condominium that does not run short on spaces. Since its available units come in sizes that are larger than most of its neighbouring condominiums, it’s no wonder how it has attracted expats, locals, and investors.
One Menerung is a perfect mix of beauty and luxury—its greeneries, perfect location, and aesthetically-pleasing interiors are enough to make you wish you can own a unit(or two) in such location. If you’re bothered with the RM70,000 per month rental tag rumor then, well, don’t believe everything you read. 🙂
We note that the PSF asking price has long breached the RM1,000 point – at the publication of this review, it hovers around RM1,250 PSF, which puts it in the league of the best of KLCC condominiums. Given the larger-than-average sizes (3,000+ sq ft and up), the entry point is rather steep at RM3 million or above.
Bangsar properties are getting a rather steep uptick in prices since early this year as demand picking up at a rather rapid rate. It’s easy to get caught up with the asking prices which seem to rise from week to week, but do the prices reflect the true market value?
