And other similar establishments can be found within walking distance from Pelangi Damansara as well. And if that’s not enough yet, the place is quite close to the famed shopping, leisure and recreation facilities in the area including The Curve, IKEA, Tesco Damasara, IKANO Power Center, Tropicana City Mall, One Utama mall, and golf courses Seri Selangor Golf and Country Club and Tropicana Golf and Country Resort. The PJ Trade Center that houses many big employers is also a stone’s throw away from Pelangi Damansara.
It would delight anyone to know that all these living space features are available for very affordable rates. In the current market, a fully furnished with 3 bedrooms and about 1,000 sq. ft. are sold at rates starting at RM 300,000 and could go much higher depending on the other features.

But somehow, things cannot really be perfect for Pelangi Damansara. Despite all its merits on convenience and pricing, Pelangi Damansara is pretty high density. There are more than 2,000 units put together in 8 blocks of 17-storey towers. And more than that, the Pelangi Damansara is located in a high density residential and commercial enclave. There are condominium complexes, apartment buildings mushrooming on the same street to go along with the many commercial complexes in the area.
And because of the heavy population in the area and in the Pelangi Damansara building itself, heavy congestion is to be expected almost round the clock. Traffic is always heavy both because of the heavy volume of cars parked illegally on the sidewalks as well as the high influx of people rushing to the commercial complexes here.
But all this traffic congestion and high population density can only mean one thing: it is ideally located and is easily accessible via major thoroughfares. It can be accessed via the Lebuhraya-Damansara Puchong (LDP), North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Pechala Link. If you’re looking for a place that is as convenient as it is affordable, this may just be the best place for you to get a home.
