Though units at Putra Satu are designed for young and growing families, it didn’ stop individual investors to tap the township for future gains and returns. Bandar Seri Putra, the township in Bangi where Putra Satu is nestled in, has shown great potential for capital appreciation. To better illustrate, take the example of a semi-detached unit within the enclave which was priced at RM368,000 in 2004. Fast forward to today, a new unit of similar layout and type now sells RM927,000 onwards. We don’t need to do the math to see the stark difference in price.
It only shows that the township will continue to blossom in the coming years and along with it is Putra Satu. For an apartment unit with a minimum price tag of RM350,000, it really does look like a good deal. Though the smallest unit has a modest built-up, there are bigger and spacious units for those who prefer it. All in all, it’s a reasonable investment poised to grow together with the township.
