There are over 700 units sprawled across 2 22-storey blocks which means exclusivity is not something you’ll find at the condominium.
Upon completion of the proposed transportation hub, noise may be another problem for the residents. But it can also be a plus especially in terms of capital appreciation. With LRT and MRT stations nearby, residents who desire comfort and convenience will find it at Serina Bay.
