Keeping up with its mid-range status, the development is equipped with a range of condo facilities. Both children and adults have their own swimming pools to enjoy. What We Think
Given that Solstice is part of the multi-awarded development Pan’gaea, many project high potential for the condominium to appreciate in the coming years. With Cyberjaya also steadily thriving as an education hub, there’s a high change for the condominium to become a second home to students. That scenario is yet to materialize though. For now, Solstice enjoys the benefits of a great location. As evident on its price tag which puts it at about RM600 psf, it looks like the developer has high hopes for said condominium.
