Developer Mayland Group whose now known for current projects such as Regalia, Palazio and Royal Regent, has since improved its reputation after the Sri Putramas I blunder. With that said, the follow-up condo project in Dutamas has successfully presented itself as a good investment especially for a good price of RM150 psf.
Remember, however, that prime bustling locations like Jalan Kuchin in Dutamas almost always have to deal with traffic congestion. That’s one minor drawback but then again chances for capital appreciation remains promising for Sri Putramas II.
