Built-up size for RT1 averages 650 sq.ft. while RT2 and RT3 units are relatively bigger, averaging at 750 sq.ft. Price for the 557 units of RT1 are set at around RM1,500 psf, deemed very affordable considering that many of KLCC’s residential developments are tagged from RM2,000 to RM3,500 psf.

An Up and Coming KLCC Landmark

In fact, the first tower recorded a 60% take-up rate for the project’s residential component. According to Symphony Life’s CEO, Alan Koh, the high take-up was definitely encouraging putting the project in a prime position for high appreciation and rental return.
Upon completion of the Star Boulevard to linked with Star Residences via a 200-meter proposed walkway, the development is expected to attract even more prospective investors who have keen eyes on affordable properties within KLCC.
