Zefer is a high rise condominium project is without a doubt well endowed with amenities and conveniently link to nearby townships and business centres – being centrally located in Puchong has its advantages. To be exact, Zefer Hill Residences is right along Jalan Pipit near the KESAS Highway in Bandar Puchong Jaya. It sits on a freehold prime land encompassing almost six acres housing 346 units of upscale and high end condominiums. Surrounding the area are other developments such as Koi Kinrara and Atmosfera.
Zefer Hill Residences offers nine designs for the condominium units. Price range starts from about RM550,000 to as much as RM1,000,000 depending on build-up sizes, categorized according to:
- Type R – 1,356 sq.ft.
- Type S – 1,565 sq.ft.
- Type T – 1,730 sq.ft.
- Type W – 1,990 sq.ft.
- Type V – 2,139 sq.ft.

All 346 units are housed in two towers, but each one will have the same six-panel glass sliding doors separating the balcony and the living/dining area.

As it sits midway between two of Malaysia’s major city centres, the property is linked conveniently to other major and mature townships via an excellent web of highways which include the Federal Highway, the LDP, Puchong-Sungai Besi Highway, KESAS and NPE (New Pantai Expressway).
About the Developer
Villamas, the developer of Zefer is also known for other popular projects such as Verde (Ara Damansara), Sedin Residency and newly launched Cristal Residences in Cyberjaya. Having cinched a strategic location in Puchong, the developer created a masterplan that positions the property right at the heart where great access and excellent connectivity are possible. With some 13 years of property development under its belt, Villamas is no definitely not a lightweight in Malaysia real estate.
What We Think
Earlier in 2013, specifically March 2-3, Villamas has offered a preview of the second phase of the Zefer Hill project. For this particular preview, only 48 units were made available with perks of getting three carpark spaces for buyers as opposed to the usual two spaces for other units. We have heard good reports about the event, and the buzz it generated around the launch was commendable.
With its tasteful contemporary design, awesome features and a location that allows residents to savor the soft and gentle breeze of Puchong, Zefer Hill Residence seems to be the ultimate getaway for those who wants it all. It is luxurious living blended with beauty, serenity and art all in one. The picturesque views of the surroundings along is in fact enough to set the property apart from the rest.
All in all, Zefer is a breath of fresh air to the otherwise already stale area of Puchong Jaya. The pricing of RM400+ PSF might be a little too high especially when compared to its neighbour Koi Kinrara (at about RM350 PSF at the time of the publication of this review), but then again, it might well be a good bargain given its location and also modern facade.
