Why Location is Paramount
With the township of Desa Parkcity master planned with utmost attention, the massive enclave looks like a mini city on its own. This means absolute modern convenience for residents as an array of ready amenities are within reach. With key features such as The Waterfront, Plaza Arcadia, The Central Pak and Parkcity Medical Centre, dwellers in Zenia need not go far to enjoy the finest luxuries and lifestyle amenities.
At the heart of the township is The Waterfront where numerous restaurants, shops, cafes and spas are located. Plaza Arcadia is another excellent destination for some more shopping as shop offices and retail stores are nestled here. In terms of education, Zeni sits very close to government primary schools hence greater convenience for residents with primary students. Medical needs, on one hand, are easily addressed at Parkcity Medical Centre. As for recreation, the entire family can head over to The Central Park to experience a sneak peek of what New York’s version is about.
Though there are traffic jams in some roads leading to the township, Zenia remains easily accessible via a network of roads. Major routes that keep the development connected to the rest of Kuala Lumpur and nearby townships are LPD and Penchala Link.
Suitably Equipped with Modern Facilities
Complementing Zenia’s promise of a spacious haven for family of all sizes are basic facilities which include:
> a swimming pool
> well-equipped clubhouse
> private garden
> round the clock security.
That’s one comfortable and secure living space awaiting to be experienced and enjoyed by the entire family.
What We Think
With Desa Parkcity becoming more popular and sought-after, high potential for capital appreciation is a possibility. Apparently, Zenia has benefited from that as its price trend showed increase over the years. In mid 2005, asking price for a 2-storey parkhome was set at RM593,800. Two years later, the price increased to RM623,800. The price today is pretty steep already considering that new developments continue to pop up within the township. Those who invested early, however, are destined to reap the benefits of their wise decision as Zenia is projected to continually appreciate in the coming years.
Distinctive and innovative with emphasis on maximizing space, Zenia is one of the good prospects withi Desa Parkcity. But just like always, make sure you understand the property’s fair market value before jumping the investment bandwagon. To get started, below is a free ebook guide for your taking.
