Apart from the variety of choices from modestly sized dual units to spacious Duplexes, investors were mainly attracted to the affordable price of RM250 psf during its launch.
There is also excellent potential for rental returns considering that Seri Kembangan continually shapes up as an appealing residential estate. Also worth considering is the fact that Bayan Villa neighbours to other developments within the area which include Taman Puncak Jalil, Bukit Gita Bayu and Equine Park among others. It only shows that the area is still prime for growth and more developments.
