As for pricing, Casa Kiara 1 has seen steady transacted prices from the year 2010 to 2011. However, this 2013, the condominium has experienced slight increases when it comes to transacted prices. Transacted prices during the first quarter of 2013 played between RM530 to RM540 square feet. For May 2013, the condominium saw a marginal increase in asking prices, listing it at around RM550 per square feet.
