- The Gateway – will comprise of 2 blocks of 4 to 6-storey retail offices (total of 30 units) with build-up ranging from 1.352 to 18,340 sq.ft.
- The Pulse – will have 46 units of 3-storey retail and shop offices with build-up ranging from 1,170 to 1,352 sq.ft.
- The Nest – as the name suggests is the pillar that houses 190 units of serviced apartments with build-up ranging from 551 to 853 sq.ft.
- The CenterStage – will feature 17 units retail shops with build-up ranging from 723 to 2,345 sq.ft.
Klang Valley’s “Blue Chip” Hotspot
All of those nice sounding C180 zones are sprawled on 18 acres of freehold land and the project is scheduled to be completed this year (2013). As for the price, it was set to a minimum of RM1.28 million for 3 and 4-storey offices and RM167,900 for apartment units when it was launched a few years back.

Phase 1 was focused on completing The Longitude which was launched in 2009 selling out the units from RM1.2 million to RM3.8 million. The next phase was The Gateway where a host of amenities are found including showrooms, banks, offices and F&B outlets. The Latitude was up next where the very spacious centre wellness centre is situated right on the Upper Ground Level together with a bunch of offices.
After the three phases, it was The Nest’s turn to be built. This is where the apartment units are housed equipped with enough facilities to provide the modern conveniences residents crave for. This zone is considered as C180’s entertainment hotspot where community living, outdoor events and lifestyle activities are made possible. Some of the zones best hangout spots include Brussels, Chi Fitness, LoudSpeaker KTC and The Beer Factory to name a few.
