Yes, your review basically said everything right. Besides, if I may add-in, Contours seemed a “better” buy than Sunway Rygeway, which is literally a stone throw away. PSF price approx. RM650 (freehold) vs RM770 (leasedhold), Contours is a bargain!
Contours’ design is, in my opinion, a lot nicer than Sri Pilmor in Ara Damansara (starting price above RM4mil).
