There are also jogging tracks and walking pathways to encourage outdoor activities and a healthier way to live. Topping it all off is the first class clubhouse equipped with recreational facilities for young and old alike.
Upon completion, D’ Island Puchong should boasts of a commercial hub where a complete range of amenities are located. This means that residents need not leave the enviable island life to satisfy basic needs. But there’s also a host of other amenities located nearby which include banks, shopping malls, medical centres, sports centre and a myriad of business shops and offices.
Despite being an island, connectivity is seldom a problem. What We Think
Considering it’s one-of-a-kind island resort allure, D’ Island Puchong looks promising not to mention that there’s a degree of elite pride when you say that you reside in an island. Despite the irresistible charm though, it is important to note that the price tag is pretty steep for a terrace unit. You’ll need to fork out at least RM1,199,900 for an unfurnished unit. It’s definitely expensive knowing that there are renowned developments such as the Desa Park City and Bandar Utuma with less expensive terraces.
Nonetheless, if it’s island living you’re craving for, D’ Island Puchong is the only development that can offer you that in this side of the country.
