There are over a thousand choices everyone affording the early birds a choice of views and level preference. Remember, however, that more units typically means a high density setting. That might affect your level of privacy in the process.
Traffic noise may also be a problem. As much as being sited between two main roads (Selayang-Kepong Highway and Jalan Ipoh) is a plus, it can be a drawback in a sense that residents may need to deal with vehicular noise during peak hours.
