Miharja Condo is a part of its masterplan which means the residences will be sitting alongside a shopping complex, shop lots and other low cost apartments. Units from said condominium are practical and cozy boasting a comfortable built-up size of 959 sq.ft. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making up the condo’s layout, an ideal set-up for its target market which include single professionals, young couples and small families.
Launch price was attractive back in the 90s which was set at around RM99,000 while subsale price tags range from RM190,000 to RM500,000. Scarce In-House Facilities
Unlike many of the newer developments in Cheras, Miharja Condo doesn’t have much to offer with respect to facilities. Each unit is entitled with open car parking. It has a swimming pool for residents to enjoy once in a while as well as a playground for children. Finally, keeping the place safe and sound is its 24-hour security service. And that’s as basic as it can get for the condominium.
The Main Selling Point
Some potential buyers may be put off by the lack of facilities, but compensating for that drawback is Cheras wealth of amenities. A stone’s throw away from the site are shopping complexes, recreational centres, schools, clinics, banks and a plethora of restaurants to satiate one’s food cravings. Simply step outside an drive for a few minutes to enjoy the convenience that township has to offer.
As part of the Taman Miharja mixed development, the condominium sits walking distance away from a shopping complex. There’s really no need to go far if you want some retail therapy or entertainment. Right there at Jalan Palong are ready amenities to meet most of your modern day needs.
Meanwhile, in the case of accessibility, Miharja Condo is directly reachable via Jalan Cheras, Loke Yew and Bandar Tun Razak amongst others. From these roads, the development is liked to major highways such as BESRAYA, MRR2, KL-Seremban and Cheras-Kajang allowing residents to get to other key destinations in KL.

While definitely among the oldest condominiums in Cheras, Miharja Condo is still a good prospect to look at thanks to its strategic location. Either way you look at it, the development’s main selling point is really the mature locale. It is surrounded with important and useful amenities assisting residents to enjoy a comfortable and convenient lifestyle all in all. It also helps that a stone’s throw away from the condo are public transport options like LRD and buses, a sure attraction for non-drivers.
Don’t expect much, however, when it comes to facilities. Miharja Condo literally only has a handful of them. But surprisingly, despite the lack, the condominium has seen some good increase in its price over the years. That’s a good sign for some capital appreciation.
