The condominium’s posh exterior boasts of modern architecture accentuated by classic and rustic carvings, pillars, arches, and fences. This freehold condominium consists of two blocks, and currently has a total of 226 residential units.
Mont Kiara has long been a sought-after address because with it comes the privilege of living in a posh address, mostly populated by expats and wealthy locals. Modern skyscrapers line the sky, and the list of activities isn’t about to get shorter as Mont Kiara keeps on developing to keep up with its growing population, and demand for more residential condominiums.
Residents are bound to experience convenience and class as nearby establishments include high-end shopping malls, schools, and fine dining restaurants. Work and play can easily be balanced within One Kiara’s walls—as many of its residents by now have experienced.
Choices, Choices, and More Choices
There are a lot of unit layouts to choose from if you’re planning on owning a unit at One Kiara. Tower A houses the smaller units—a standard, a duplex, and a penthouse. Built-up areas for standard units start at 2,174 to 2,756 square feet. Duplex units have one size which is 5,059 square feet; as well as for its penthouses, which is sized at a spacious 6,329 square feet.
Tower B is occupied by the larger units. Standard units here range from 2,734 to 3,274 square feet. Duplex units have four different sizes that range from 5,447 to 5,802 square feet. Triplex units are measured at 8,062 to 8,590 square feet. The largest unit, the duplex penthouse, is measured at a staggering 21,775 square feet.

Living in the Mont Kiara area also gives that feeling of prestige and class. The condominium is set to attract potential investors who can rent out units and gain a hefty profit; while families and singles can enjoy that impeccable standard of living only Mont Kiara can deliver – like nowhere else. 🙂
Of course, it’s a rookie mistake to evaluate One Kiara solely on its own merit; indeed, any meaningful analysis should include comparable properties in Mont Kiara for a fuller, more comprehensive picture.
